Efficient ordering process and prompt delivery are great. Sometimes lack of all sizes in some products means I can't always get the selected item but very good in general

First order was never delivered (placed December 2013). I was issued a credit and reordered my items. I have not received second shipment as of today, Tuesday March 18. Very disappointed.
