I ordered a corset for my daughter, and received an email stating order had been completed, item was being sent, but also said that item was sold out. I did find it confusing as to why they would have taken payment and confirmed order before checking their stock but when I enquired, they offered me a credit or refund, I opted for the refund and it after a few days I saw that it was credited back to my card very quickly, so despite not getting my order I was happy enough with the service
