Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that the quality of the item did not meet your expectations. The product you have ordered is made of cotton cambric which is a light thin material as described on the website. We advise our customer to air the item to get rid of the smell which is caused by a dry cleaning product that is used in our manufacture. We apologize for any inconvenience and you are more than welcome to return it back following our return request procedure. Please contact our customer services and they will be happy to look into this for you. Kind regards, Corset-Story

The only thing I thought was a shame is that when returning item's the postage has to be paid by me,but I guess the company is not so big and that's the reason!?

The service was good although I didn't like the procedure in which I was told to 'ask for permission' to return the item. Also, since corsets are a very individual thing, I think that returns should have been free. In my case I believe there was something wrong with the alignment of the hooks but I would not have risked a second try since I had to pay for the postage.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you had some difficulties with the return procedure. The return request is aimed to make it easy for our customers in case they want to return a product. Unfortunately, we do not pay the delivery costs for customers returning items back to us. It is the customer responsibility to arrange the return and provide us with a tracking number. In addition to refund policy, we also offer a 60 day exchange policy. In case the item did not fit or it has a fault for example, please contact our customer services and they will be happy to help you. Sorry for any inconvenience. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset-Story
