I wish to return this item and have not heard from the Company despite being told they would send me return instructions within 24 hours of my request. Their returns procedure is very bad.

Many thanks for your comment. I've just checked your returns request for you. Your request was sent on the 14th February and was answered the same day. In the confirmation you were asked send the item to us and to provide us with the tracking number of your return, so we can process the return for you as quick as possible. Unfortunately, no tracking number was entered by you and therefore your request wasn't processed. To speed things up for you, please send the item back to us and e-mail the tracking number to our customer service. We will then process your return request as soon as your return arrives in our warehouse. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Corset-Story

I'm happy with my corset and I'd have liked to order more but because you don't ship to malta, I have to use a send-on service which makes shipping expensive and unpredictable.
