The feedback that customers provide needs to coincide with the item. This will enable future customers to be able to make better size choices. The prices, sales and styles are the best. I wish the Steam Punk selection could be broadened and updated.

Many thanks for your comment. We put much effort in keeping our sizing tables up to date and we take advice and suggestions from our customers very serious. But please keep in mind, everyone has a different body shape and composition so it's hard to find the perfect sizing for everyone. However, I sincerely apologize if the sizing table for the mentioned item was misleading and I will hand the issue to our design department to be checked thoroughly. Thanks again to pointing it out to us. In case you are unhappy with an item, you always can send it back to us for a refund or exchange as long it is within the 30-days money back or 60-days exchange policy (starting once received the last item of the original order). Kind regards, Corset-Story

Thank you for your comment. I am sorry to hear the item is not as expected. The item A3314 is a fashion corset made with acrylic bones. If you prefer an item to shape your waist, you could have a look into our category with steel boned items. You are welcome to return the unwanted item within our guarantee frame, therefore please process a return request on our website and follow the instructions you will receive via e-mail. Thank you for your feedback and have a nice day! Kind regards, Corset-Story

Prompt service, recorded delivery, correct product delivered... just brilliant all round. Only slight criticism was that the packaging was a little flimsy and the product could have been damaged had it been thrown around or torn... but luckily mine wasn't.
