Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I ordered the wrong size by accident and they quickly sorted it with no fuss. Really helpful. Corsets were also lovely

Excellent quality, fast delivery, good prices. I had to return one item as it was the wrong size. Returning it was easy and non fussy. I got my exchange quickly with great service. They have a good range of plus sizes as well. I'd highly recommend them.

I released, after purchasing the corsets and receiving them, that corsets are for girls with no shape who want a shape. As I am naturally a curvy hourglass I realised I didn't need a corset after all ...just shapewear... as I am naturally corset-shaped anyway.

I bought 2 corsets from Corset Story and I have to say they are both absolutely excellent quality. Really lovely fabrics and the corsets and study and don’t feel like they’ll fall apart. They fit really well and I love the shape that they give me.

Delivery was quick and smooth. Had to return because of size and got a replacement in no time. One of my items was not available in the other size anymore and i could choose for something else, within a price limit equal (even a bit higher) than the original item. All was done through smooth email communication. I am very happy with how things got handled.

The delivery was faster than I expected which was a good start, and the three corsets I bought were excellent and expert quality, staying true to their description and appearance online which hasn't been the case with certain other online corset retails. They're definitely the most comfortable and gorgeous corsets I've bought, and perfect for the occasions I bought them for! Give perfect shape and look great under and over clothes. 10/10 would recommend.

So far I have not yet found the style of corset for me. However I am hugely impressed by this company, their merchandise, communication, website and pretty everything.
