The service I've received from corset story has been top notch. The delivery was quick, efficient and within the expected ETA. I had two orders, one to return for refund, one for replacement. The refund was easy to process and return. The refund processed and cleared quickly. The replacement was super fast and had my correct sized item in no time. All in all I have had a fantastic experience with corset story, the buy one get two free deal made it super good value as well. I've already recommended the site to others! Good job corset story!

The ordering and delivery service was a little unclear. I only ever received an order confirmation but no delivery date. Next thing I know, the package was delivered to my home when I wasn't expecting it. Otherwise, everything was fine and the Corsets are beautiful

Always great quality, and arrives on time. Overbust corsets think I should be bigger though in the chest.

Complete mess up over and over again, some of the staff were helpful but then got chased for returns due to inept communication within the supposedly six members of staff. Gorgeous corset finally after two months.

Everything was actually really good, I was worried about the quality of the corsets because of the prices, however I was pleasantly surprised!! Buying is super easy and tracking is pretty good, I'm definitely going to be buying again!

Corset story initially provided regular updates on my products and where they were in the shipping process. I was a little disappointed that the website did not let you know when Sales were over - I originally looked at the 3 for 1 sale and had everything ready but the next morning the sale was reduced to 2 for 1 (minor but very annoying) Sods law when I received my order the 3 for 1 Clearance sale started up again. However, the site is easy to navigate and the sizing help / style help is incredible! Meaning that my corsets fit like a glove!
