Customer service was brilliant. One corset didn't fit so they arranged, once the corset was sent back, for another in a larger size to be sent.

I accidentally ordered everything in a size too small, the return was quick and easy, they unfortunately didn’t have some of the ones I wanted in a bigger size, however they let me pick two other that I loved and wasn’t incredibly helpful.

I have recently bought 3 corsets from Corset Story. They are all absolutely stunning and by far the best corsets I have ever bought. I already left a review on TrustPilot but this has been my best shopping experience ever, so it is easily worth copying it over to Feefo and I hope it helps guide others with their purchases. Fit & Sizing: They fit like a dream, which is really rare for me because I'm very short and most corsets dig in the wrong places, but these are the perfect fit in every way. So comfy! I was pretty astonished. Especially with the two over bust corsets, these are usually the most challenging to get the fit right and they look perfect. They gave great advice about the fit too. Customer Service: The customer service is incredible. They respond to messages faster than any other business I have ever dealt with and gave the exact info I needed. I was paranoid about the sizing and comfort due to my height and I also had enquiries about an offer. They were patient and gave super advice. I have actually had 6 corsets from the same company previously, several years ago. These were bought for me by family. I recall that they too were extremely impressed with the customer service and advice provided. Delivery Speed: The items arrived much faster than I expected. One item was on back-order due to being out of stock, so I didn't expect them to arrive for 6-8 weeks, but they came in just over a week, what a surprise, I was thrilled! Value for Money: I bought 3 corsets for the price of one! They were running a special offer I saw through Facebook, so naturally this is an unbelievably good deal. I’ve heard of buy one get one free or 3 for the price of 2 but never 3 for the price of 1. Amazing. Variety of Stock and Beauty / Originality of Products: Well now this must be one of their biggest selling points. Their stock carries some of the widest variety I've seen from cute numbers to sexy lingerie corsets to goth to steampunk. Really a much wider selection of styles than you will find elsewhere. It brings lots of genres and subcultures together in one place as well as different types of corset e.g. cosplay, outerwear, lingerie, under bust, over bust, extra-long, tiny Waspies, you name it they got it. But what really impresses me is that they've recently added some very elaborate new outerwear designs with exciting styles, colours and patterns. I have not seen designs this unusual or elaborate anywhere else, not even on USA sites. Really designer level stuff but for the same price as their other corsets. I ordered the Astronomy Over bust Sleeved Corset Top: It's gothic, yet with a more stand-out pattern than other traditional gothic corsets that just do black swirls. It also has these lovely sleeves making it a more versatile outfit for slowing less skin and covering chest blemishes. I ordered the Black PVC Waist Training Waspie: This I will get a lot of use out of. Gothic + “fetishesque” scene is a win for me, and it can be worn with so many outfits. A very short under bust corset, great for short people like me, almost like a super awesome belt crossed with a corset. Big win. I ordered the Architectural Print Waist Taming Corset: One of their most unusual and high impact print corsets. Fell in love with colours and pattern when I saw it centre stage in their Facebook ad. It is one of the most elaborate corset decorations I've seen. I just had to have it. It looks so good. I hope to see more high impact scenery patterns like this on corsets of the future. Other designers should pay attention to whoever made this. Company Improvements and Innovation: As stated above, I had actually been gifted 6 corsets from this site previously from family over several years (I now owe 9 - do I have a problem? lol) and I can see how much this company has improved over the years. The corsets were always pretty high-quality in my experience. Real steel boned, genuine corsets, lovely patterns etc. but the quality and fit has obviously improved with the years. My middle gifts fit better to my body size than the first purchase and this most recent purchase is even better. The difference just blows me away. You can see the quality improvements, in fit, in materials, in design. They really strive to continually bring the best and stay ahead of the curve. Most companies sit on their laurels, but these guys are always investing in better manufacturers, better marketing and yet retain that caring, supportive customer service that just can’t be beaten really.

This was my first time investing in a corset. I was so excited and pleasantly surprised. I really do feel wonderful wearing a corset and have great shape.

Two out of the three corsets were great. The silver corset had some discoloured areas on the front rendering it unwearable. Given it was a three for one deal it was felt unreasonable to quibble.

Can’t recommend this company enough. Ordered my first lot of corsets taking advantage of the fantastic 3 for 1 deal, and they were dispatched and delivered so quickly. The corsets themselves are made so well, you can really see and feel how well they’re made. I wasn’t entirely sure that I’d got the right size, so I contacted corset story to ask and they were really helpful and quick at responding. I sent the corsets back and requested a refund which was dispatched within a day of retiring them. The new ones fit perfectly and I’m really pleased with them

I would have given Corset story 5 stars but I was very disappointed with their sizing . I bought three products all same size , only 2 fit the third one was at least 4 sizes smaller. Their returns policy is equally bismal . To exchange you need to print a collection slip which for anyone can be challenging especially if you have no access to a printer. Without that you cannot exchange or get a refund. I rang them to ask if they could post me a sticker and they told me I’d have to ask a friend to print for me. Why would I want anyone to know I’m buying corsets for crying out loud. So when they fix the sizes and send return slips with every order like most online shops I will also change my rating until then I think this is fair. Oh the products that fit are beyond description and I am so taking advantage of their buy one get two free deal .
