I love your corsets! I take part in many steampunk events and regularly wear one of your corsets - I now have 16!! I did buy one from somewhere else as I was captivated by the colour and peacock feathers. However, I spent a great deal of the event trying to hold up the corset and hoping that I didn't display more than I wanted to. You really do get what you pay for. Thank you corset story for you range and quality.

After waiting 8 weeks I decided to message them about my order. They told me one of my corsets wasn’t going to be in stock on time ( for pride) even after waiting 8 weeks. I could choose another corset immedeately and got the new order in 2 days. Too bad about that 1 corset, but the quick help and outstanding quality of the corsets makes up for a lot!

I ordered some corsets in a size that was too large. The returns were really easy and when my favoured corsets weren't in stock, Corset Story worked with me to find a different design and shopped them out to me as soon as they could. This was at no extra charge to me, despite me choosing a more expensive corset design. Contact was really quick and via email, which was great because I could answer at a time convenient to me.

Whatever I chose, to pick 3 of, one was always out of stock on the buy one get two free offer. No order is being sent until all 3 corsets are in stock. Still in the 6-8 weeks waiting period they ask for so they can make the corsets, which I understand where they’re coming from, but their lack of communication is disappointing. I’ve no idea how my order is going or if it’s even been started.
