First time I've ordered through this company, I was impressed with the speed of delivery and of the quality of the items. Bought in a 3 for 1 sale. Their website is clear and easy to use, and helpful in terms of narrowing down what you need / want from the corsets. Would recommend and definitely buy again from here :)

I was really impressed with the staff at CorsetStory. I had ordered 3 item through a '3 for 1' offer and one of the items was pleasantly too big. As it was the most expensive item, I was concerned about sending back and then reordering as suggested on their returns page, but when I contacted the company directly, they arranged a swap for me and reassured that the returns was easy. It was easy, a nice click through form, free returns from the local shop and I could track all the way and as soon as the parcel was noted as collected, I had an email with a replacement order, which I received within 4 days. Will def use again - especially as I know my size!

My purchases took a while to get to me, but I was warned that at least one of them had to be made first. I was very happy that you waited to send them all together rather than one by one.

Purchased two corsets on the offer- but one get on free. Postage was quick, which was great as it was a last minute purchase for my 30th Birthday. Now considering my corsets were still £115 each, yes I only paid for one- I didn’t expect a beautiful corset to turn up with a shoe lace for the tie at the back. Incredibly disappointed with that. The corsets then selves are stunning!!! Bones are amazing. I looked great- once I changed the shoe lace for a nicer silk material. Disappointed by that- the shoe lace definitely ruins the look and the quality.
