Received parcel earlier than I thought. Unpacked parcel noticed the quality of the corsets. Opened and tried on all were nice fit but one was damaged so notified the company and they told me to send it back and reorder which I did with no issues at all.

The corset I initially received was faulty. I emailed them & within a very short timeframe a reply was received escalating the problem. I then received confirmation a new corset would be sent & no further action would be required from me. They kept me in the loop throughout & the new corset was received quickly. I think this was an excellent customer service & was resolved quickly & promptly. This was the first time I have bought from them & would most definitely buy from them again if this is the sort of excellent service I will receive. Thank you.

Always good quality corset from this shop! Only thing is something the sizing. I checked the size chart but the corset I got was a bit bigger so it had to be taken in to fit better. But otherwise a good shop with a good selection and reasonable shipping!

the service though the website was amazing, it is a quick and easy to use site. it took a while for my order to arrive as waiting on corsets to be made, however was informed an intended time frame before ordering. amazing products at decent prices.
