Sent the wrong size in all three corsets - I asked for three different sizes and I got three corsets to fit a very very small person so they are completely useless.

The product itself is great, exactly what I ordered, however the delivery courier that you use is diabolical! I understand that this may not be your fault but I would recommend offering more options to those that may not have a good experience with Yodel!

Everything perfect, of course I will buy again but you must improve the delivery method. After 18/4 that i bought these corsets I still have not something in my hands.

Corset Story responded quickly to a question that I had about sizing. I discussed my measurements online and I ordered in line with what I was advised. I was really disappointed to find that the corset fit but the Classic underbust did not fit AT ALL, Way too tight. I have had to give it away because I had exceeded the returns policy.

First time buying a corset and I got the wrong type for me (I’m 5ft and accidentally bought 2 for people 5ft 7 and over). I emailed Corset Story and got amazing help from Chris who was kind and showed me corsets that would suit my height better. I got an exchange and I’m more than happy with my purchase, amazing quality and amazing customer service. I would definitely buy from here again!!
