Although I had problems with the mail losing my first package, the company was wonderful about resending...and then I had to return an item that didn't fit and they were wonderful about that! I couldn't be happier with the service and merchandise and prices!

The staff is all one can wish for when it comes to being proffesional and treating you so nice. The only thing that maybe could improve a little are their routines.

Your site is easy to order from and you ship fast. However it seemed like your customer-service department didn't understand my query on your calculations of positive ease. Perhaps they work more with customers and less with corsets?
