I am always pleased not only by the special deals and sales, but the fantastic quality of the corsets, particularly the steel-boned underbusts.

The goods are quality and fairly priced but the website is a complicated shambles. It took me nearly half an hour to order what I wanted due to multiple quirks of their website.

The service has been first rate. My only gripe is that the online account RMA, notes and comments seem to be ignored. If not in use, please disable.

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order and I can see that your order left our UK warehouse on the 8th April, delivery time is 5-12 working days therefore you will receive your order by the 24th April. There may be a small delay with your local customs or postal service which is unfortunately out of our control. Please allow a couple of extra days! Thank you for your patience. Kind Regards Vanessa

Delivery was on time. Account was difficult to set up using mobile but once on the ordering was easy. Sizing charts or descriptions would be more useful with lengths of the corsets; as a short person I was not sure if the measurements would match. Thank you for great selection and specials.
