Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order and I can see that you selected our non tracked service, if you would like to have a tracking number we do also offer a tracked service via UPS. If your shirt is a light colour for example white, the clasps at the front of the corset may well be visible and depending on the thickness of the material and the tightness of the dress, the clasps may protrude slightly. If you are looking for a corset please do bear in mind the fabric of the garment you are purchasing the corset for. I hope this is ok. Cordiales saludos Vanessa

I don't really want to say good but i dont really want to say poor i would say okay. I was sent the wrong order and as it was Easter Break i had to send package back with my own money. As i wanted this order by a certain day, I thought the phone operator was friendly and helpful on both occasions and i have no qualms with them at all. I felt i had to chase up what was going on etc so i did not think the service was top notch but was not really bad either was okay. I probably would not buy from you again as i realised its so damn hard to find the right corset to fit and then you loose out on money by the postage so its not worth it, i don't get reimbursed for the postage i paid and i have to pay for postage to send back so what is the point.

The pictures on the website are clear enough to give a real sense of what the corset looks like. Their description of the manufacturing place and its treatment of the workers makes you feel good that you are actually helping someone make a living rather than exploiting their labour. If there was an actual video of the ethical manufacturing in progress, that would be even better. Words are one thing, footage is another.
