Speedy delivery, and no delay at customs thanks to professional preparation of all shipping info! (I can't tell you how much things like that matter when I'm full of anticipation ^^ I hate dealing with customs.)

Very disappointed that when my item arrived, although the delivery note and so on were correct the item was in fact the wrong size. I contacted them immediately and the staff were brilliant, but despite the item being in stock in my size when originally ordered it was no longer in stock upon return of the incorrect one so I had to ask for a refund.
