Service is excellent. Easy to order from the website and quick response via email or telephone. Any mistakes are quickly and easily corrected and you get the impression that they do care about your custom as the did their utmost and changed a delivery from UPS (they can't do next day to the North of Scotland) to Royal Mail just hours before collection.

When I ordered the item I was aware that there was a 3 week delay, after 4 weeks I did contact Corsets UK to enquire how long it was likely to be. Gemma at Corsets UK was very prompt in replying to my enquiry and very helpful and credited my account with £10 as a gesture of goodwill.

I was waiting a while for the corset to arrive, but I can totally understand why it took so long as my mum makes clothes and I know how long it takes to make a corset, particularly one of this quality. SO worth the wait :)

They inform you right away about return policy or what it means if an item has been back-ordered and how long it will approximately take before it can be shipped. On other websites you have to access this information yourself, corset-uk emails you all of this when it applies to one of your orders, perfect!
