Brilliant customer service, including refunds and returns. The products were stunning but I returned one due to not suiting me. Very polite and prompt service. Would definitely use again.

The corset arrived quite quickly. I thought it would be on back order for ages and it arrived the same week it was ordered.

I have ordered from you several times, and almost every time, I am very happy with both tha quality and service from you. The deliverytime is too long though (To Denmark) And I am not very happy with the fact that I have to pay for return, when ´something is wrong with the delivery. I love your corsets and so do my friends. The quality is excellent. Only once did I recieve a corset, that was clearly marked with the wrong size. The size 24 was more like a size 22, although I allways buy 24 or 26.

Delivery was expedient, safely packaged, and overall to my liking. The e-mail I recieved upon shipment wasn't coined on my overseas location, and therefore overseas shipping-info, which is a minor ting I'd recommend Corsets-UK looks into.

I would have marked excellent as I feel that the service I received in the end was excellent.... but only after I complained quite strongly to the complete lack of service I was initially receiving. However, I must say that after that I was very impressed with speed and attention. Why then isn't that level of service offered before complaining? My only complaint!
