ordered 4 corsets. my first time ever! they are all slightly too big or small. Sent all 4 corsets back. Customer service acted super sweet to me, asks my size to help me find an alternative, says theyve 'got me,' but... then only sends me 3 corsets back after what has now been a month-long experience. I am still out a corset and truly feel like the customer service rep only asked me questions to humiliate me.

I really hate not being able to see which items are out of stock or require preorder on the catalogue page. I also don't see a lot of the designs I'm seeing all across social media that I am really loving and wanting to buy. It was an okay experience since I had other styles I wanted to buy and I always love the sales going on, but it could have been better.

The shopping experience was great and super easy to navigate on the website. The corsets arrived and are Beautiful!!! They fit my busy which was my biggest worry but I will admit the panel in the back is not nearly big enough to have a true covered lacing look. Unfortunately I’m having a tough time finding exchanges information because my underbust is so uncomfortable and doesn’t fit at all. I’d like to return but I canMt figure it out. Otherwise, I’m seeing stars over the others, they are gorgeous! Thank you!

Website is mostly easy to navigate, some of the search functions didn't return results that matched my filters. Shipping was quick and I love my corsets. The only thing I don't love is that the metal clasps in the ones I bought bend, which will likely become a problem as I wear corsets in burlesque, so removing them will be very difficult. They are very pretty, though, and packaged very professionally. Thank you!
