I used the fitting guidelines on the website and each piece is very loose. Even when they are tightened all the way the garments simply fall off from being too loose.

Corsets by their very nature run small. We have worked very diligently over the past 15 years on the patterns, QC and the size charts. We do rely on customers to input accurate measurements but we will always offer a free refund or exchange if customers happen to receive corsets which are not true to our size charts

I loved being able to shop by my natural waist size and using the sizing tool. I’ve never purchased from Corset Story before but I have many other corsets, so typically the sizing between brands is always the most worrisome factor.

It was fun shopping for corsets on the Corset Story website. The variety of styles is exceptional. I also liked that they showed different body types wearing some of the corsets. More of that, please! An area for improvement is that the site has no way to “save for later”. This made choosing more difficult, and I was not able to bookmark items for a future purchase. Additionally, even after adding items to my cart, they would not stay there if I exited and returned. The prices on some of the corsets seemed excessive, but there were plenty that were relatively more affordable. Overall, a good experience, and if the quality and fit are as hoped, I will likely become a repeat customer.

My corsets are beautiful and true to size. I had a couple of challenges placing my order, and the customer services rep really came through for me. Plus, they told me that my order would arrive on a Tuesday, though I needed them for a performance the previous weekend. I was a little disappointed, but it was totally my fault. But they magically arrived right at the moment that I needed them for dress rehearsal. I am super grateful.

I have never had a corset before and always wanted them. I found out about Corset Story's multibuy from a friend, and got my first batch. I was thrilled. They were well made and comfortable, and fit nicely even before breaking in. I ordered a second batch because I liked them so well.
The second batch had some quality problems. Despite the fact that Corset Story is shutting down their warehouse, they helped me at every step of the way to replace the damaged ones. They went out of their way to treat me with kindness, patience, and helpfulness. I am so grateful to Chris and everyone there for making my first foray(s) into corsetry so exciting, fun, and wonderful. Thanks, truly.
