I generally have good experiences with them. This time, one of the items I ordered is on back order, and I was told at the time I placed my order it would be 6 weeks until it was shipped. I haven't had any updates since, so I don't have an estimated shipping date or anything else. Even if you're telling me the same thing you told me originally, it would be nice to have an update.

I am a little disappointed. I ordered three corsets and one wasn't in stock. It was back order 6-8 weeks. They wouldn't send out the other two corsets, until the other arrived. 6-8 weeks meant summer would be over and I wouldn't have the opportunity to wear them. I asked for a refund and they were kind enough to give it back without a hassle

This is the first time I've ever purchased corsets, so of course I don't really know what I'm doing. They came very quickly, which is impressive for overseas delivery. The ones I did buy based on my waist measurements were too large for my bust, but they made the exchange process very easy. As soon as the return label was scanned, I got an email saying my new delivery was ready to go! Also, they were beautiful! Well made and durable, beautiful designs on the two more ornate ones I selected. I will definitely be coming back!

Top quality corsets at a reasonable price, the corsets got here earlier than projected, and they're extremely durable. Both the corsets maid to be tightened very tight and the fashion ones are amazing and hold up very well. Not to mention how gorgeous the designs are. 10/10 would recommend this company to other people.

The site is simple and easy to use. The corsets are beautiful. The sizing is tricky though the chart is helpful i would say when in doubt size up at least by 2 sizes.

I really liked the birds of paradise top. However, I had filtered the corsets by under bust and the style I wanted (regular sized) and accidentally purchased a long line because the writing is not standard between orders. I will perhaps eventually order again, however I think the website should be updated to not give longline when I clicked regular length.

When I got my two corsets in the mail I was beyond happy to strap them on my body, but unfortunately the package got ripped in transit and one of my corsets got a terrible black stain on it. I immediately emailed customer support and they were so prompt and friendly and ready to be of help to me. I give this company 5 stars!
