The ordering was easy and the corsets are lovely. They are well-made and comfortable with only a few awkward strings/tie terminations (where the end of the sewing is tied off and visible). The colours look slightly different from the photos but that is probably just due to lighting. The sizing fits slightly smaller but that is common for corsets (the fabric under the ribbons at the back just barely covers my skin, and I was careful to order my size). The delivery was horribly stressful (not Corset Story's fault) - I was told 3 times that my package had been delivered to me or left at my door , when it was not. Because of this I was consistently stressed out because I did not know if the (very expensive) package had been erroneously delivered to someone else or if it had been left at my door and stolen. Again, not their fault, but this experience did discourage me from ordering online in general.

Corset Story is one of the few online sites that has corsets that actually cinch your waist!! They are specific in the style of the corset and their sizing chart is accurate and they have a huge selection of sizes! The designs in photo look exactly the same in person! I have bought 7 corsets from Corset Story and they always deliver on time and provide AMAZING deals like get 3 but pay for 1! Each corset always matches their description perfectly! I love how with some of the models it shows you a before and after photo of them wearing the corset it helps customers understand that it isn't photo shop! The corsets actually work!

The shipping was SO FAST! I got the packages within 2-3 days of purchasing them, and I live 5,000 miles away from the UK. Truly spectacular!

Spectacular service! The website is super easy to navigate, and the shipping was no slower than expected. Contact info was easy to find as well, though all the information I needed was right there on the website, so I didn't require it this go-around. All in all, I am exceptionally pleased with Corset Story, and I'm sure I will be buying from them again!

This is my second purchase from them. Everything from shopping to receiving was easy. Measurements are on point for sizing and the corsets I bought are TO DIE FOR! The quality of craftsmanship and ease of use will definitely make me a return customer. They use a company called DHL to send their products and you can schedule a time for them to be dropped off. You DO have to sign for them unless you fill out a form and print it out for the driver, but other than that I love the quick and easy shipping.

There was an issue with one of the items that I ordered. I had a member of the team contacted me to select a different item within the store.

My boobs are small and don't pop as much as I'd like them to. I think the size may be too big but it's a pain to return and what not.

I would definitely recommend and order more corsets. Had some ordering issues but Corset Story fixed and replace my orders promptly and courteously. Willing to work with me about getting the sizing right. As I am new to corsets, they answered all my questions with patients.

Love the free shipping and exchanges. Very quick to respond to emails. Only four stars because I felt like I had to repeatedly inquire about the correct purchase adjustment amount. The corsets are beautiful and appear to be of high quality (this is my first corset purchase). The mesh is very breathable and surprisingly comfortable. I am excited to begin my waist training journey!
