The ladies were fantastically helpful. In fact the only thing I didn’t like is that in order to return the one item that doesn’t work for me, requires me print a return label. Since everything is online I do not own a printer so this is a hassle.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because they use DHL for shipping, which is a major pain in the patootie! Either someone has to be there to sign or you have to create an account with DHL, sign your life away for them to leave the package, and then print out the signature form and leave it. UPS/Fedex/USPS is far more convenient.
