Their shipping was phenomenal; I purchased on a Sunday, it arrived the next Wednesday. Super impressive, especially with all of the sales going on.

I wish that they offered more standard length corsets without hip gores, but I appreciate their amazing customer service. They respond quickly and efficiently help with returns. The quality of the product is way above other suppliers I have ordered from.

The Instant Shaper was TOO SHORT, so I exchanged it for longer one.

They were exceptional, part of shipment was backorder they allowed me to select other products and shipped immediately. As well as allowing me to place an order for the back ordered items and hold my spot from the original order. Thank you and look forward to doing business in the future.

They were great !! Steel boning is actually of great quality i am so pleased ..they even contacted me when one of the ones i ordered wasnt available anymore and helped me to decide which one i would like in replace of that ! I do reccomend you know your size and if you get one with a ribbon lace up ..replace that with a shoe string style lace up fabric ..

Said the corsets would arrive in 3 -4 days and boom it did. Was not entirely expecting that.

A few weeks ago, I went to the Corset Story website and was happy to see that Corset Story was having a 2 for 1 sale. I ordered the corset I wanted for my wedding and had some fun looking for a second. In a later email from Corset Story, I was told that the second was on back order and I was going to need to wait a couple months for both corsets. I'm shopping for my wedding dress this weekend, so needed the first one quickly. After explaining this situation to in a reply to the email, I was sent a list of alternative corsets that were in stock. In the list I found one I liked better then the back ordered one! After sending my reply with the new order, the corsets were mailed either overnight or 2nd day from England. I received them way sooner then I expected and they are both beautiful! I am a very happy costumer!

Had bought 2 other OTC corsets from 2 highly rated online sites that weren't good for my body type. Tried Corset Story as a last resort. Eureka! They sent me great fitting, super comfortable & beautifully made corsets, exactly was I had hoped, but better. Better because the customer service was prompt, spot on, & professional . Chris made the one exchange easy & gave me excellent answers to my many questions. So pleased I bought another one for me & two for my very fashionable daughter. I'm in corset heaven. No seasoning needed, fits like custom made, fabric, construction & stitching faultless. Did I mention how super cute they are?
