I ordered something that didn't fit and the process of exchanging it was so freaken easy! Plus, it's so nice to find a quality piece that is this comfortable.... these corsets are so comfy I've fallen asleep in mine! 10/10 will purchase again

Hello, overall it was a very good experience. I only put 4 star because my waist was 35 and bust 41 but the overbust design for that size left the top gaping even at the tightest it would go. I did order a sz smaller and it was tighter in the waist but fit my bust. It is very beautiful. I'm only sorry they were sold out of all the blue styles I choose or they were back ordered and never know when that comes in or if you will ever hear back.

The corsets were made very well and very reasonably priced. The delivery was fast and efficient. These are just two of several corsets I have purchased over the years for various shows and as usual, I am never disappointed.

Very accommodating. Needed to exchange a corset and Chris was very helpful and walked me through the entire process. My girls are cosplayers and use Corset Story a lot. Anytime someone needs a corset they always recommend Corset Story.

I was pleased with the quick responses to my emails. I was very pleased that they measured the torso length of the corset I inquired about to see if it would work for me. My biggest complaint was with the shipping. We do not have DHL in my area so the package was transferred to USPS, but the tracking information did not state this. After several days of what looked like attempted deliveries (and arranging my schedule to make sure I was home all day) I had to call DHL to find out where the package was. Corset Story got back to me with the same information a day later. The corsets fit well and seem to be pretty high quality. Some of the stitching is coming apart on the black one (I haven't worn the purple one much yet). I did a lot of research on how to properly season a corset, so I think I did it slowly enough. I'm not sure if the loose stitching is the fault of the corset or if I tightened it a bit too quickly.

I would definitely recommend and buy from them again. I purchased an item on backorder and it shipped (with my other item) ahead of the estimate, and arrived in perfect condition. Such high quality! Looks as amazing as on the model!

They were true to size and great quality. I normally have to size up or down, but these were perfect. Well worth the money.
