I had totally ordered wrong sizes (because I did not read their sizing guide first, once I did it was very clear what sizes I needed) So I had to return everything, change some styles etc. Super helpful and my return was easy and came back so fast!

The website and service were great, but I picked the corsets using my measurements, and they were WAY too small for my bustline. I guess I'm just going to have to go with custom corsets because these definitely aren't going to fit a busty gal like me.

I thought the service was quite good. I had to return what I ordered because the size was all wrong. I haven't had the return go through yet, that might change my experience. But so far the process has been pretty painless.

We had a slight miscommunication issue. I thought items were taken care of, but they were not. Customer Service did not reach out to me to verify exchange issues and just waited for me to reach out a second time.

The team at Corset Story was happy and eager to answer all my questions, including a question about personalizing one corset I bought. Following the general guidelines has taught me how to put the corsets on my wife, taught my wife how to wear them, and set them to her body. We are already planning to buy more!

Love them! Great quality. I ordered 4 corsets 3 in the wrong size and had to exchange for the correct size, the exchange and customer service was the best I've ever dealt with online. Shout out to Chris who was very patient and helpful!

Received my corsets promptly, as promised. They were out of one that I ordered, and contacted me with approximate time it would take to receive it once made. They suggested others that could be shipped immediately, so I decided to do the substitute. I am very happy with what they suggested.
