When there was a delivery mix up, Chris from Corset Story helped me out from the beginning and was very courteous and professional. He did everything in his power to make sure that I got my package and had a good experience. The corsets themselves are very good quality. The only thing i would mention about them is the front clasps are difficult to do unless the corset is loosened a ton, meaning you have to re-lace the whole thing everytime.

I love the corsets I bought, they both fit well and look amazing. The only problem I had was with the shipping. For some unknown reason, DHL held my shipment and their customer support was not helpful at all. I’ve had problems with DHL in the past and try to avoid dealing with them when I can.

Website was able to filter the inventory down to get exactly what I wanted. The buy 1 get 1 sale was a great deal, shipping was fast, my return/exchange was even faster (I made the rookie mistake of estimating my size instead of measuring). I didn't like that they use DHL so I had to make sure someone was home to sign for my packages, but they were delivered in great shape so I guess I can't really complain much.

The corsets are lovely and well made, but the best thing is the customer service. I ordered the wrong corset and emailed them immediately and they were able to switch it no problem. The one I wanted was a bit more expensive, so I asked if I could PayPal the difference and they said donate it instead, which I did! Overall I’m incredibly impressed with the company.

The BEST customer service I have ever received! There was a mix up when my order was delivered and the package seemed to have vanished but Corset Story didn't hesitate to assist me as best as they could. Which led to the shipping of a replacement package. They were professional ands courteous the whole time but more than anything they understood my predicament and WANTED to help. In addition to their wondrous customer service, my corsets are super cute and extremely well made. My only critique is that the front latches are not ideal if you want to leave the corset laced up so you don't have to re-tighten it every time. I wear them for more fashion than to actually to shape my waist so having to re-lace it will be a little annoying. However, i would highly recommend them! Very high quality products and superb customer service! Shout out to Chris, thanks so much for all your help!

Great product. Absolutely love my corsets. They fit perfectly based on the sizing chart. Shipping was fast as well. Only issue was that I was surprised with a duty charge (shipped to Canada) whereas most online stores will let you know there will be a charge for duty. All in all I was happy with my purchase.
