This was my mistake, but I thought I’d send the review in case I wasn’t the only one. I’m new to corsets and used the sale to get a few options to try out. I used the perfect fit tool over and over, and read the sizing instructions. But only AFTER I placed my order and received the magazine did I find out several pages in that the “longline” corsets are for people taller than me. I bought several of them thinking they were just longer cuts, and I can’t return them because of the sale. It’s frustrating that the size tool didn’t include torso length or height to tell me that those wouldn’t work for me. Still excited to try them, but a bit frustrated with the experience!

I’d ordered my natural waist size instead of 4in above it and when I realized it, I told customer service - this was a month after I made the order and a week before it was supposed to arrive (was waiting for something on back order that I knew would delay my order in advance). They asked me for my measurements and I gave it to them - bust-hips-waist. They told me what size I’d be and offered to switch out my order with the right size!!! To me that was above and beyond and I’m so excited to get my corsets!

I have been wanting to get some corsets for a while now and I finally decided to go for it with the 6 for 1 sale. Overall I was pleased with the shopping experience. There were a few things I wanted that were sold out, but that is to be expected when purchasing clearance. Also, if I were to shop here again, I think I would do it on an actual computer, as the phone experience was a little clunky with so much inventory to navigate through.

Buying from my mobile the only annoying bit was that to get back to my page I was looking at after adding the cart I couldn’t use the back button because it took the item out of my cart. I needed and easy continue shopping button so I could pop back to my filtered list. It’s possible that on my mobile I just couldn’t see it. I still bought a bunch so definitely not a deal breaker.

I'm very upset about this one. i ordered what my natural waist is and theres still a huge flare gap at my ribs even after i completely lace it as far as it goes on my ribs. it fits perfectly on my hips and all. but i cant even wear with with that extremely annoying flare gap

I can see that you had selected to exchange one of your corsets for a different design/size. When we process exchanges we create new order numbers for the exchange garments to be shipped. There was no charge for this service to you. I hope this explains
