Your customer service response was prompt and perfect. However, I contacted customer service because I had become concerned when almost a week past after the expected date of my preordered item, and I hadn’t heard anything. It would be good for shipping dates to be communicated.

As far as the website goes, there’s some glitches navigating back and forth between pages and/or cart. Also it was mentioned in one of the articles that the company offers corset liners but I couldn’t find them anywhere on the website so had to order from somewhere else. Also many items I was interested in was out of stock in my size. Otherwise I love the selection, categories, sizing indicator, and filter options, although I was unable to check more than one filter at a time without having to go back to “filters” so that was a bit annoying as well. Definitely enjoyed the sale of 5 for 1 option though!
Overall I still enjoyed the experience of browsing and purchasing from the website and enjoyed reading the articles from Corset Story… would be nice to also have easy access to these articles just by going to the website.
Wanted to note I used the MOBILE website, not sure how it would work on the computer

I liked shopping experience, although website can be more intuitive. Also shipping cost seems too high but overall it was good.

Customer service was really polite. They told me that only 5 employees work for CS, and I think they should unionize

So happy to be able to get such high quality corsets and so quickly! These are not like the flimsy plastic dress-up corsets - they are steel boned and well made with great materials. Shopping and fitting has been a breeze and I will be back for more

I enjoyed shopping for my corsets on your site. As I was most interest in those made from cotton, I would like to have seen type of fiber as a filter option.

Only shipping is $20 and there’s no free shipping or lower priced option, so my $132 order ended up being $161 with tax and shipping.

Sizing guide was easy to use, each corset comes with an individual description including material and design, payment process was easy. And! I received a shipping confirmation with tracking number within 2 hours!

It would be wonderful to have a filter by size; you have soooo many beautiful products but not available in the larger sizes. When you're constantly met w/ the size isn't available it makes continuing to shop more & more difficult. I was successful in finding styles that I liked but I had to sift through so many that didn't have my size.

I always see such beautiful corsets on your site and when the sale happened I said let's do it. I was a little sad that some things where out in my size but that's to be expected when a sale is going on.

Shopping experience was very good.I especially appreciate being able to organize items by size and availability. The selection was amazing. I have always bought my corsets locally because I would worry about proper fit but the many reviews saying how easy it was to exchange an item reassured me.
