My only complaint is that some of the promotional pop-ups on the website make it hard to navigate the site and you can’t clear all of them away completely, at least on the mobile site. Instead of encouraging me to check out the promotion (which I had done before), it was just frustrating and made me want to leave the site.

Some of the sizes wouldn’t show up on the screen; you could see only one number or a letter. And I would have liked to see more garters . I did find the style this item helpful.

The site is easy to navigate and I loved the deals that are offered to save money.

Even though a lot of the styles I was interested in were unavailable, the pricing was great and ordering was simple.

Overall, I’d call my buying experience positive, but “buy 1 get 3 free” seems like products should simply be 1/4 price… did I really “save” $600 on my purchase? No. I was never going to spend $800. Did I plan to buy 4 corsets? No. I was going to buy 1. I would have been happier with 1 corset for $50 - but instead I bought 4 for $200. I get why you would do things that way, but from the customer’s perspective, that feels gross.

I would give 5 stars, except the "filter by" function never worked--I would click and select my filters, but it still showed me everything, including items that weren't in my filter. But otherwise, love it!

Too many designs to choose from! XD
I love the sales prices, but I wish I could see reviews with pictures of them on real people (rather than just product/model photos).

The shopping experience has been great the couple times I’ve done it, but I did have but if an issue with an exchange. One of the items I had selected to exchange my return for was out of stock by the time the order was being fulfilled, however I was not informed of this and was only told when I reached out two weeks later to the company. Because of this my order wasn’t being processed although I had no way of knowing that. Your representative was very prompt and helpful in resolving my issue, but some sort of notification that one of my items was out of stock and another would need to be selected to get my exchanges would have been really helpful!

The corsets are lovely, and most of them fit (yay for the sizing wizard) but I'm having a horrible time connecting to exchange one that turns out to be the wrong size (the sizing wizard missed the boat on this one). I'm not sure why I can't log back in, but I can't find the order number anywhere and can't reconnect to them at all.

love the products I received! Very glad I took the recommendation to use the size finder to get my correct size, because I would have ordered too small if I didn't.

Very fun to see all the designs! Disappointed that most over bust didn't work with my size, but still happy with what I got.

I love the constant sales and the feeling of quality in each corset. I wear these all the time as a staple layer in my wardrobe. My only issue is that the corset I most adore are almost never in stock in my size and searching by size doesn't always work with the variable waist-adjustment, natural give of corset lacing, and differences in sizing by clothing sizes versus measurement sizes. Thus I end up longing for corsets that will never be in my size.
That's the only real downside to shopping here for me. I love the products and the prices are typically reasonable. I'd recommend it.

I am extremely impressed with your product. The quality is excellent and I am very pleased with the items I purchased. I did however order 2 corsets that are too big I am hoping to exchange them for the correct size. Also the delivery time was absolutely amazing. I didn't expect to get my shipment within 2-3 days of purchase. Absolutely fantastic!!

Got an email about a great sale opportunity and immediately sent a chat to my sister asking if she wanted to buy some amazing corsets with me. I have bought 16 corsets in total from Corset Story, and I absolutely love them. They are good quality, and the sizing guides and charts make it so easy to choose a perfect fit.
