I received my Corset with Tutu in a timely manner. I tried it on and it was too small. Darn It!! I email Corset Story and Chris responded. Chris was a huge help. The instructions for a exchange was very clear. I was able to return it to the US office thank goodness because sending back something that weight would cost too much money. The exchange came pretty fast. Will be buying from them again!!

The delivery is fast and the corsets are beautiful and fit wonderfully when the correct size is picked. Also I ordered 4 longline and for those wondering I'm only 5'5 . But my torso is 11 long.

Phenomenal customer service by Chris! I contacted Corset Story via email and I couldn’t have been happier with Chris’ customer service skills. Chris went above and beyond with several different things: sizing, current promotional sale, and making sure I was happy! The corsets are beautiful and very high quality. I would purchase again. I cannot say enough about the customer service I received.

The corset was great. The garter straps recommended had no attachment points on the corset.

We purchased three corsets. Two did not quite fit, so we exchanged the two for two others, one of which fit properly. We exchanged the final corset and it's replacement fits fine. We are very happy with the no hassle return policy and truly impressed with the speed in receiving them all the way from the UK. The quality is very good.

I have no problem with them. had no problem with delivery either. I actually ordered it a little big because it was my first time ordering. so I'm getting another one a little smaller and I'm giving away the other one to a family member because it's too beautiful to return.
