I absolutely LOVE Corset Story. They're super quick to respond to any and all questions I had, the website was easy to navigate and shipping was so fast! I worried it wouldn't come in time for a convention, but it came in so much faster than I thought. This is my second purchase from them, and I always recommend Corset Story to anyone looking for corsets.

Customer care and assistance in placing order was excellent. Corsets are amazing quality. One corset did come with some small stains on the inside. I would certainly order again

My order was placed on December 27, 2017 and I did not receive it as of January 22, 2018. I contacted the customer service email address to find out what happened. They got back to me within a day. My package did arrive later that week. In between, I exchanged emails a couple of times with the customer service staff, who even offered to replace the items if they did not arrive. The service was prompt, courteous, and professional. I was very impressed considering all the transactions were done online, including customer service contact. I would buy from here again.

I need the corset for a vow renewal and you got it to me right away. I had ordered form someone else 2 months earlier and it never came until a week after the event was over. Thank you so much

I recently bought my first corset from Corset Story. When the corset arrived it was packaged nicely and safely. The corset matched the photograph from which I chose it on the website except it looked even prettier in person. The corset is comfortable to wear.

I love how comfortable the corsets are. You can’t even feel they are tightening until you actually take them off! Other corsets I have worn are very uncomfortable and it feels like they are going to break your ribs but not these corsets

Product was exactly how I imagined, and quality as fuck. It's a birthday dress for me so that means a lot. It's true to size, just be mindful of where your curves sit when picking a dress.
