The customer service was incredible. Prompt replies to my shipping and return process concerns, speedy refund, friendly staff. The only thing I would have preferred is that the website would have listed the corset I purchased (which was the longest underbust I found) as appropriate for those under 5'7 .... I am 5, 8 , and when I read the tag on the corset, and tried it on, it was obvious that it was not a correct fit. However, the garment was well made, and the service was fabulous.

Excellent customer service, very responsive with quick turnaround. I ordered the wrong size....twice....and they were very accommodating about the exchange. The corsets themselves (the waist trainers) are good quality, sturdy and well sewn. The fashion corsets are not as good a quality but they state very clearly on the web page that there is 0 waist reduction so no false advertising here. Shipping is quick (3 to 5 business days to east coast US) but be aware that customs can hold up you shipment, they have no control over this. On the over-the-bust corsets, some of the cups are a bit large and flared. Simply take to a tailor and they can put a little tuck in for very little $$$ and they fit perfectly.

Great service and pretty quick shipping. I wondered if the 5x would fit me or be to big. Be sure to look at sizing carefully. I have a wide back and it prevents me from getting in to smaller sizes with tight material etc. I would buy again though.

I knew that I was looking for a unique style skirt. Corset Story had it so shopping for it was the easy part. As an added bonus I purchased a night gown. Ordering the items was just simple and with in a week the items arrived traveling numerous time zones. The skirt needs minor alterations but I anticipated that.
