Quick, efficient service & delivery. Completely satisfied. Gorgeous, gorgeous cotton corsets. Both were sewn meticulously with the highest quality materials. The blush-beige color is stunning. Combined with the pricing everything exceeded my expectations. I'd give them more stars if I could.

Took longer than I thought to get item....seems to have come from UK. Garment is gorgeous, great quality and the real deal...but as this was my first corset, it would have been lovely to have a directions sheet included. Hard to put on without help.

The corset took a little while to get here, just a few days later than expected but still in plenty time for my halloween party!

I love the quality of your corsets! The shipping is normally fastand the online fitting guide makes it easy to choose the sizing. I would love to see a trade in program that would keep your customers returning even as our body shape changes

The only thing I believe the site should have is a phone number. It's much easier to tell a person exactly what you need help with than trying to explain in proper grammer.

One of the (2 for 1) items in my order was sold out, but rather than contacting me about a replacement, Corset Story marked the second as awaiting refund, and I had to contact them. That said, my exchange with Chris on the topic (and when the replacement didn't arrive) was easy, and the product was excellent.
