I am so happy with my corset, I wear it everyday all day. It is so well made and fits perfectly. I'm already thinking of buying another one. It was delivered right on time. I would definitely recommend buying from corset story

Very quick shipping (all the way to California). Beautiful product at a great price. I'm working on breaking it in, but already it is comfortable and high quality. This is my 5th corset from Corset Story and I look forward to buying more.

When I found out that the shipment would arrive a day later than estimated, I asked about placing another order to get it on time. The CS rep ignored my question and gave me a canned answer to a different question instead. Had he read my inquiry in the first place, it would have saved us both time and frustration. Related: please update your rush shipping time for overseas deliveries to 1-4 days instead of 1-3. Had I known that it would be more than 3 days, I would not have bothered with rush shipping. The estimated time range should reflect the max delivery time from order placement to avoid this problem. I appreciated the ability to reschedule the DHL delivery for a time when I was home. However, I waited all day for it because my signature was supposedly required, only to find that the driver had dropped it at my building office without even attempting to deliver to me. In short, I like the corset, but the process of getting it was one headache after another, and the cost of rush delivery was not worth it.

Very fast shipping, great sales prices and best of all GREAT FIT, QUALITY & LOOKS. No need to shop elsewhere! PLEASE bring back way more STEAMPUNK, corsets and dress wear! I just wish that you would put a LOT more information about corsets, how and when to wear them and waist training, etc.

Staff was friendly and polite. Service was fast with no hassle what so ever. No hidden or made up return fee's to try and nickle and dime the consumer. The business and the people running the business were all very professional. Thank You for your fast and friendly service. Diane Lapham

I have purchased several corsets and this one was not up to the usual standards. The bottom edges don't perfectly align. Usually the corset comes with no knots in the laces (continuous) - this one came with 2 knots - one up top & one on the bottom. Did they run out of laces?! Disappointed they would send out something like this.
