Shipping was on time and the quality of this corset is top of the line! Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

I am never disappointed. I have ordered many corsets from this site and this time was the same as all the others. My order arrived on time, everything was correct and of good quality.

The corset fits well and looks beautiful.

I love both of the corsets I bought! The shipping was fast, the website is easy to navigate, and the 2 for $35 sale is hard to pass up.

The sizing chart is a little off; the size one down from my waist was the right fit. Also, I exchanged my order for a different size, and the whole process was a little confusing. The order shipped back to me was the correct size, but in all of the info that was sent to me online as well as in the shipping label included in the package, the sizes were the same as the ones I returned, which worried me because I thought I'd have to return a second time. I wrote a message in the return message thread and got no response, so I sent an email which was responded to by someone confirming the correct sizes, but in general it was difficult to get to that point. When I first requested to exchange, there wasn't really a good place to write the new sizes and know that I'd get them, because that message section is a bit vague and I never really got a reply or confirmation specifically saying I'd get the exchanged items... All was well in the end but just for the future, I'd love a more detailed return/exchange form or process.

Great service, I received my package in a timely manner and the materials are great I look hot. Thanks!

Great quality.

There is a customer service person named Chris that was so helpful for me when I dealt with Corset Story. And I am so pleased with my purchase that I will be spending my money at Corset Story again.

I’m part of a LARP group so it was nice to find this site! So easy to order, arrived quickly, good quality, nice price...definitely recommend to others!

The shipment arrived a couple of days late, but got here in time for my costume party. It turned out to work perfectly for my outfit, so in the end, it was a pretty good experience.

Excellent quality, excellent service. Would gladly order from here again.

Service was very fast.

Good product

I sent questions via email prior to purchase and was amazed at the speed of response. So great customer service. The corset is amazing! Fits better than expected! I have gotten so many compliments on it! I could not be more pleased! Thank you!

excellent, my order was shipped promptly and arrived in great condition. Very happy with Corset Story service!

I absolutely love my corset, it is everything I wanted and more! Although I feel it is important to express my concerns over the difficulties I had receiving it. Upon purchasing my corset I spent the extra money to have it shipped within 2-4 days as I needed it ASAP. My main difficulty came with their delivery service, DHL. Long story short, I spent over two hours on the phone with DHL after they had failed to deliver my corset on two separate occasions. Luckily I had the assistance of Corset Story's customer service representative, Verity. They were a huge help in getting me my corset after sending their higher up to get in contact with DHL's higher up and finally get me my corset. Although, as helpful as Verity was, from a customer's perspective, I would've appreciated a refund on the $20+ I spent on delivery as I received the corset over a week after I was supposed to. I am still incredibly grateful for Verity's assistance, as I assume I would've never received my corset without their help, but something a little extra would've made me more inclined to give them more of my business and refer others to the company. I still plan to give Corset Story more business as well as telling others about the company but it will not be without hesitation and warning.

Lightning fast shipping, items were well packaged and of fantastic quality. Will definitely purchase from them again!

The corsets arrived quickly are the same quality as the ones that I have previously ordered! Thanks C.S. for doing such a Great Job!

Corset story is always easy to work with and receive when they say they will be. Even when you have a return, the return address is in the states.

Perfect size. Great fit. Beautiful and the feel of quality.
