One shouldn't have to pay extra for tracking. Also, it is now past the 15 day shipping time and I have yet to receive my package and have no idea where it is or when it will get here. And I need it for an event this Saturday morning.

Was hoping to see a larger variety of sizes, but your products are gorgeous. If I drop enough sizes to fit your clothes I may consider buying another product.

The return seemed to take forever. Too bad about the out of stock merch. Also, the sizing is REALLY COMPLICATED & INACCURATE.Some sugestions as to similar replacements would have been appreciated. Too bad there's no items made for shorter waisted women. My original 2 pieces from several years back fit me much more comfortably, lengthwise. The 2 I accepted both hurt when sitting down & going up stairs.

I didn't prefer the color once I saw it in person. Still waiting on replacement though. I wish process was faster.

Everything I've ever purchased from them is excellent quality, and the service and shipping are top notch. I've only had a problem once, and it was fixed the same day I called customer service.
