I have never been upset or had any problems with any orders I have had with corset story. I have ordered through them way too many times for the past 5 or 6 years and its always been easy. If you ever need to talk to their customer service... they are fantastic too! They are always helpful, polite, and professional.

Everything was pretty good EXCEPT my package arrived with a huge hole in the side. None of the items were damaged but it was a close call, you could totally see what was inside and one of the stockings could have fallen out.

I originally ordered one item incorrectly. I emailed them about it over the weekend, and they substituted the correct item and sent it out on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got my order. The corsets are beautiful and, although I am still seasoning them, they seem much more durable and higher quality than similarly priced items from other vendors

The first time I started looking at corsets here, I had a few questions on the length measurements, and Customer Service was great in getting back to me and providing answers. I would buy from Corset Story again.

I love it cause it has assist in helping me lose some of my belly fat while doing some simple forms of reflex excersizes to the stomach area. After a couple of months I just ordered me new size. I went from large to medium. It keeps support to my stomach muscles while I'm doing stomach or core reflexes. I love it. It keeps me looking good. Oh my daughter is ordering one too cause she likes what she sees on me. Thank you.

I'm really glad my friend told me about Corset Story. The quality is fantastic and the customer service agent who responded to me was really nice and professional. My only complaint was about shipping, which isn't really something they control. The tracking number didn't work until after it had been delivered, and the packaging got ripped on shipping. Thankfully, the corset was perfectly fine! I will definitely be ordering from them again. It's so hard to find good quality steel boned corsets that don't cost a million dollars. I'm a very happy customer!!
