The corset was delivered the time I had wanted it, but the corset itself wasn't advertised very well. Also the expedited shipping was very expensive and made the sale on the corset not worth it, but I needed it in a certain time so I had to get it.

Order 3 for 35. One was sold out so I got my money bac. Fine. What was not fine was the 84$ customs fee when I got my package. One of the corsets doesn't even fit. Annoyed. Whatever.

I have been extremely impressed with this company, their product, their policies, their customer service - all of it! To be honest, with prices like they have, and considering that they're off-the-rack corsets, I wasn't expecting all that much in terms of quality; I have a difficult body to fit (I'm short and very curvy). The corsets are really well made, and fit remarkably well for not being custom-made on an item that really will only fit completely if made for each individual body! I have had a number of questions; ALL of my customer service 'requests' or online enquiries have been answered within hours, and all clearly from a real person, not a computer generated program! And they really do mean a 'no-quibble' return/refund policy! I've become something of a Corset-Story evangelist since my first order arrived! (the first order being so exciting that I promptly went shopping again!!!)

I love Corset Story, both for the price and quality. The customer service is good too. I am incredibly thankful I got an alert that two of my three items were no longer available, and that I got refunds. However, one of the items I was told was unavailable was the one I got, and the one I thought I was getting I did not. It would have been nice if the refunds had named the correct items.

Buying the corsets was quick and easy. I liked being able to use my PayPal account and not having to put my credit card information online. Shipping was also extremely quick. The corsets are of a decent quality but as a historical re-enactor and seamstress, I can definitely say that the materials used are more appropriate for costumes or minimal wear and are not intended for long term, heavy use.
