GREAT service from Corset Story! However I don't recommend the i-parcel tracking. It costs more, but I actually received the order that I ordered through regular post before I received the i-parcel order (even though I ordered the i-parcel items first)

I ordered three steel-boned corsets that were part of the financial year end 3 for $35 sale; unfortunately one of the corsets I ordered was out of stock. I wish I had been given the option to choose another out of the remaining stock of sale items, but I understand how that would have been difficult to do by email before the one I chose might have run out as well. Customer service alerted me promptly of the issue and refunded me a third of the total cost of my order (including a third of the cost of the shipping!). The corsets that did arrive were lovely. One of them, a long-line satin steel-bone, was a bit wrinkled from shipping, but I'm certain that a steam wand will fix that easily. I have ordered from Corset Story a couple times in the past, and I have found that the cheap corsets are made from cheaper fabrics but fit well and are perfectly fine for the price, and the pricier ones are very nice with good quality materials and are often on sale. Great customer service, and I do plan to order from Corset Story again in the future!

I have ordered from Corset Story many times. I have never been disappointed in the timely delivery and the excellently made corsets. I use to buy custom made corsets but, these fit better and I can where them for 18 hours at a time and still feel great all day. I receive many compliments whenever I wear one of them. I highly recommend Corset Story corsets.

Sizing is a bit difficult. Easy to order. Difficult to return. Once i sent an email and received instruction on using the web site all went well. For a non computer person a tad bit more direction in using the site would be great. Yes I would recommend the company, my daughter loves her waist cinch. Yes I would buy from them again. They sent the item quickly both times.

Wow. Quality work and materials, amazing prices and prompt service. A friend recommended, and damn I'm glad she did. From party costume to honeymoon gear, I'm now fully corseted! Hmmm... maybe another white satin one? ;-) Indulge yourself, just look closely at the sizing. I'm a US6, usually wear an 8 due to bosom but the US size 6s I got are generous in the cleavage.
