I think the corset looks beautiful and I love your site, but this time, for my second corset, I haven't received it yet. Today (2/23/16) will mark the 12th day out of the 5-12 business days that it would take. If holidays do interfere with the shipping, which they normally do, I can understand the delay. I am really looking forward to the corset though! I'll wait until the end of the week and if nothing comes in, I will send an email of notification saying so. Otherwise, I see no problems with your service and your products. I love them all, even with some delay, and will continue to buy from your site.

Despite me being a goober and misspelling my street name, my purchased arrived on time and in great condition.

I ordered these two corsets in a size smaller than my original order of another corset. They shipped in good time, and I found the customer service to be very responsive, especially through email.

This corset is beautiful. The fit was perfect from the measurement instructions. Unfortunately, it did not work with my wedding dress. I had to return. I was able to return with ease and my refund was processed very timely.

Bought three corsets from the 3 for $75 section, they were all lovely. I was leery about ordering since I've ordered once before, years ago, and was not entirely satisfied with the product. The quality seems better now than before, however, and I will probably buy again in the future.

My story would be a saga if I included all the details, so I must summarize. I am new to corsets, but a friend raved about Corset Story so I jumped in and placed an order. My guestimate about what size to order was way off, as was my second. When I finally reached out to Customer Service, they quickly helped me determine both the right size and style to fit my uncurvy, shortwaisted figure. I am thrilled with the very pretty item of clothing, and also with my figure. A bonus: the wonderful back support means I can go through my day without needing to rest my back or apply ice packs at bedtime. Thank you Corset Story!

Great products!

Everything arrived very quickly and it looks great. The website sizes are garment sizes, not what you will fit into if you are that size... Knowing this I would buy one size smaller next time so I can let out the panel.
