I had to return the item; it took a couple of weeks but the process was straightforward and not too difficult.

I ordered this product on the 28th of January and it came in on the 8th of February, which I thought was a good time since it apparently came from overseas (England? to America.) I'm giving this a good only because there was no tracking. I would have liked tracking, but for the lack of tracking, I was kept well informed through a few emails of when it was shipped and and processed. Also, I was asked to join the newsletter and not automatically put in, so that was also a nice touch. I would recommend this product and company to any friend who needs a corset.

I belong to a Mardi Gras Krewe and I asked one of the woman with a particularly well fitting Corset where it was purchased. She directed me to your web site and although I had some difficulty with the size and fit tab available for sizing, I contacted customer support with excellent results. They were timely in response, assisted me with sizing and sent a followup email to see if I had located my size. Once I received my purchase I tried it on and it was a perfect fit and I love love the way it looks!

It would be nice if an email could be sent with a delivery estimate. Everything came pretty fast and all the corsets fit great to good.

Easy to use. Good selection for women who want stylish corsets. Quality seems good but I realize I'm not a corset person after struggling to get it on (I have a petite frame but it just isn't an easy piece of clothing).
