Helpful in answering questions, prompt delivery and their sizing charts were easy to navigate. I would buy from them again. The only concern is how it was shipped/put into my mail box.

Ordering was easy, shipping was quick. No hitches in my purchase. Items ordered are well made and fit perfectly. For the quality of the items I bought and price I paid I'm very happy with my purchase and will be back again! Sizes were accurate from the charts for me too.

Corset Story's customer service is fantastic! They replied to my e-mails quickly and were willing to assist me with any issues/concerns promptly and courteously. I was helped by someone named Chris, and I am very appreciative of his/her efforts and those of the rest of Corset Story's team. I appreciate your help and amazing service and wish this company the best:)

I received products within the estimate delivery time. Nothing was damaged, or poorly wrapped.

Products seem to be high quality and the exchange process was painless. Very happy with my purchases. The expedited shipping however took several weeks (to Canada) and the website could use some info on measuring for proper corset length. Address these two issues and I would give top marks!
