The corset came in the time period of the shipping method I picked. It was quick and the corset is very nice. I selected a iParcel from UPS. I received a tracking number however the details of where my package was in the world were not filled in. This is not Corset Story's issue but I want other shoppers to know. When my package got to the USA UPS gave my package to USPS and gave it a different tracking number but they didn't alert me that they did that. I had to contact them by email to find out where my package was and what was going on? The shipping was frustrating but my package did arrive in time.

I was afraid the corset would not arrive in time for Halloween, but I was presently surprised when it arrived in under the time estimated. I would recommend this company and will purchase other corsets from them. The images online are clear and represent the products well.

The website is easy to navigate and the measurements are easy to understand to get a great fit. My package was tracked which gave me daily updates and it arrived exactly when it was supposed to. Great service!

Shipping took longer than expected, but it got here in one piece so that's good enough for me!

It arrived on time and packaged well. Unfortunately it did not fit. I returned it, but have not seen a re-credit yet.

Coming from the UK and after reading other reviews I expected to never see the corset in my mailbox. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived as promised on the 10th day! The corset was exactly how I measured it and it was made well. I am very happy with Corset Story and would order from them again. I am giving them only one star because they never answered their phone to speak to a customer representative.

Easy to use website and shipping was acceptable for international order. I'd recommend anyone purchase from here. Do wish there was a way to amend my address once my order was through, I had accidentally put the wrong apartment number. I still received my package though!

Third product I've bought from this distributor and not once have I been disappointed in the service. Products are shipped in a timely manner and customer service is commendable.
