I was afraid it wasn't going to be here in the 3 days I paid extra for because the tracking said it hadn't left the UK, but after emailing them I did hear back that it would be here and it was.

I submitted a question and kept getting an email back saying something about my account and changing the password. And I was like what is this! . I got a little frustrated. Eventually, I was able to find an email address that directed me to a human, and it all went very smoothly from there. Georgiana was super helpful and accommodating and made the process pleasant. I was able to return, as well as exchange some corsets, and I'm very happy with all my purchases.

well i ordered this corset dress for a halloween costume and after i placed the order i searched out reviews for this site and i found a bunch of really bad ones. Which made me start to panic that i wouldn't even recieve my dress, But my dress showed up in the alotted time frame and it fit perfect, i did round up a size though when i ordered. Over all very happy with the shipping

Great quality of the coat I oredered for my wife as a present for our anniversary. Great fit, measurements were spot on. Customer service was unable to change shipping address, as that was my fault. Overall...we'll be back. Love the styles, and assortment of apparel.

I love the e-mails about when the shipping status has changed. I don't have to go to a website every day to figure out when I might be getting my package.

Excellent service as always. The only thing I could recommend would be to have tracking service provided on the standard delivery packages.
