I ordered 4 corsets through the BOGO deal. One fit perfectly and the other three were too large. I needed to exchange them in under a week for an event that I was going to, and the customer service team made it happen. Within 48 working hours I had returned the 3 corsets, been given a credit, and placed a new order. Their communication is timely, polite, and helpful. I would recommend their site to anyone. Thank you for making my shopping experience so wonderful.

I ordered 2 corsets under the 2 for 1 special. While one of the corsets that I got fit (though it's a little too long and digs into my hipbones more than I'd prefer), the other one listed UK sizing information that was then entered instead of US. I got an exchange for my proper size as listed, but it was also too big. I'm currently waiting on the smallest size that I could get and hope that it will fit, as it looked gorgeous and felt great when I got the improper service. Throughout the whole struggle, my customer service representative was fantastic. He was compassionate and capable, and his presence helped to make the whole experience much more enjoyable than it otherwise would have been.

I ordered two corsets that were $80 a piece and they are absolutely fabulous. I could not have imagined better quality merchandise. But I also ordered a $35 green corset and the quality was very shotty. Ribbons instead of laces, plastic instead of steel boned, flimsy material, improper lining, incorrect fit. It just goes to show, you get what you pay for. So wait for a sale and buy the nicer items that will last.
