The ordering process was simple and delivery was surprisingly fast for how faraway they are! It was shipped to my apartment in NJ in a little less than 2 weeks. This is my go-to company for corsets because of their large variety and price ranges. You can get a very cute cheaper corset for a good price or spend a bit more and get a higher quality steel boned corset, something for everyone!

I was very happy with the fast delivery. I was not expecting it to come for another week, since it was overseas. Very happy it came sooner than I thought. Great delivery and service.

Service was fine.

I marked this as good because the shipping service used was terrible. I needed a rush delivery for a show and ups never responded to many inquiries regarding the status of the package. The website contact page was broken and there were no other ways to contact provided.

Corset shipped fast and I loved the prompt email notifications. Corset showed up in excellent condition. The only thing wrong was the color was not as advertised, but I still liked it.

Minor language barrier during pre-shopping experience. As a customer from Canada, all my inquires went to an English speaking French person (I assume so they could handle orders from all of Canada) Some questions had to be asked twice or reworded to get the correct answer, however all questions were answered.

Have bough several corsets from them, will probably buy again. Recommended to friends. Good shipping speeds. Have had no trouble with their service or products. Tracking unavailable for the cheap shipping option, which can be frustrating when waiting anxiously for the new pretty to arrive but has not been a source of problems yet.

So far, nothing untoward from them as a company. I was pleased with both of my corsets (and have ordered two more). I wish all shipping was tracked as our mail here makes me nervous.
