Always a pleasure browsing the site, and picking out new, pretty things! The company has been excellent in answering my questions, and quickly getting returns/refunds processed.

I have to locate the email to contact them for exchanges of the corsets.

Was concerned after 2 weeks that my corset had not arrived so I called your customer service wherein they assured me that sometimes packages are held up at customs and that it would probably arrive this week. In the event that I didn't receive it they would make a claim and issue me a credit. That really put my mind at ease. Thank you for such excellent service!

The website was a bit of a challenge trying to check out. It isn't clear if the charges go through and then had to wait until the next work day to see if it was accepted or rejected. Because of that I had to upgrade my shipping to receive my corsets in time for a trip.

I was very happy with the service but was a little confused in ordering when I was choosing 2/$39 and it came up $199. I did just go to the check out and it was handled, just confusing for a while.

Site is easy to use in mobile browser, but the payment part had difficulty with navigation. I tried it about five times before I switched to a computer, frustrated. But other than that the mobile experience was great. Shipping was very fast.

I am little disappointed with the corset since it doesn't fit my chest and I have have to adjust it a lot. I don't have breast cup D and I feel like I should have even I have a size 22. I love the corset, the look and the quality it just make me sad that I will have to cut it.

The deal could not be beat! The quality on the steel-boned corset was as high as expected. Unfortunately, I think it might have been a size too small, and I don't think I can exchange it given that I bought it on the 2/$39 promotion.
