The customer service rep was a bit rude and the online service website confusing. The product however is top notch.

I was a fan of corset story since I found them over 4 years ago. Their steel boned corsets are such high quality that I wear them to ren faires as a performer and they can keep up with my hectic schedule!

The service was wonderful, the sales were amazing, and my items made it to the United States in great condition and only 1 day late. The delay in delivery was totally understandable, and actually greatly appreciated when I realized that the extra day was due to the delivery service taking the time to verify the adress to ensure my order got to the right place.

Item was if high quality. Very pleased with it. Only issue was in following the sizing chart as measured, product was a little small. Should have been dared a size larger.
