Requested refund on a corset that I ordered too small. Sent the corset back, followed instructions and provided tracking number. The product had been marked Delivered on the UPS site. Over a week later, I'm still waiting on the refund...

The quality of the corset I ordered is wonderful. The fabric is just as rich and vibrant as it seemed in the photos and descriptions. It arrived promptly and in pristine condition.

Sizing I believe is different from US sizes. Blue latex waist trainer was a size to small. I found out UK sizng is one size smaller than US. I couldn't figure out how to return. So I sold on a different site. Easier if products had a return shipping label just in case with a slip that asks why returning so process could be easy for working individuals who are only available at night
